Terms of Service - Bundlwise

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bundlwise — the websites bundlwise.com and app.bundlwise.comand the services offered there (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

I. What Bundlwise does

Bundlwise helps you discover software, compare tools, and track your subscriptions. If you choose to connect your Google account, Bundlwise scans your Gmail inbox (read-only) to detect subscription receipts, trials and renewal notices and presents them in your dashboard. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

II. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

III. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service in violation of any law or third-party right;
probe, scan, disrupt or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
attempt to access another user's account or data;
resell, scrape or bulk-extract Service content without our written permission.

IV. Connected Google account

Connecting Google is optional and can be revoked at any time from your dashboard settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Bundlwise's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

V. Content and accuracy

Subscription detection is automated and best-effort: amounts, renewal dates and merchants shown in your dashboard may be incomplete or inaccurate. Comparison and discovery content is editorial and informational — it is not financial, legal or professional advice. Verify important details with the merchant before acting on them.

VI. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its content (excluding your data) are owned by Bundlwise or its licensors. Third-party product names and logos shown in comparisons belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

VII. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or puts the Service or other users at risk. Upon termination, data deletion follows the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

VIII. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bundlwise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

IX. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
